1. Complete Your Business Plan
Creating a business plan is the first step toward taking your business to the next level. Business plans help organize all of your sales activities in order to keep you focused on what will lead to the highest level of success.

2. Get a Professional Headshot
A headshot photo taken by a professional photographer is an essential component of your marketing suite. Your photo will be featured throughout your portfolio of customized marketing materials.
It’s very important to have a professional quality photograph in order to portray the best image possible to your clients.
Your photo should be “print resolution” and have no background (ie. your picture with the background edited out). Make sure your photographer will do this before purchasing the photos.
3. Submit Marketing Information
Any of the customizable marketing materials we offer will require our designers to have your information (eg. phone number, headshot).
You can submit all of your information online and we’ll have it on file for any future marketing materials we customize for you.

4. Order Business Cards
Every agent is strongly recommended to purchase business cards ASAP after joining Coastal Pacific Real Estate. Business cards are the #1 marketing investment a new agent can make.

5. Cleanup Social Media Profiles
Working in real estate means becoming a public figure. The most successful real estate agents are always building relationships and making sure everyone knows they are in real estate.
You want to make sure that all content viewed by others represents you, your fellow agents, and our company’s brand in a positive way.
Please take the time to go back through your various social media profiles (eg. Facebook) and remove any content that you would not want a potential client to see.
6. Add Company Email Signature
An email signature is generally a small amount of text and/or an image that provides your contacts with important information (eg. phone number or headshot).
Our company email signature consists of two parts – text and an image. The text includes the same information found on your business card. The image includes your headshot, our company logo, and a call to action.

7. Send Emails from Your Company Address
When communicating with clients by email, you present a much more professional image when using a company email address (ie. YourName@CoastalPacificRE.com).
When clients send email to your company address, it will automatically be forwarded to your existing email address. You can also setup your email application (eg. Gmail) to send email from your company address.
Clients will always see your professional address (eg. YourName@CoastalPacificRE.com) and never see your personal address (eg. YourName@Gmail.com).
8. Signup for Dropbox
Dropbox is a free service that allows you to store files online and sync files between different computers. We will use Dropbox to send you files and all agents need to have a Dropbox account.
Important: Make sure to signup using the link below and do NOT signup via their homepage.
